This Jack fruit tree had loads of fruits...waiting to ripen :)

@Jypyä Pop: Very !! But itis a pain removing the tough spikey skin, the sticky cases and removing the edible part! But the edible part is yummy!! One forgets all this trouble !

@Ralf Kesper: This outer thick skin has to be discarded and the druit par nside appear in large numbers and they are delicious. I shallll post the inside of this very soon...as soon as I am able to get a shot from the market. The season starts in March / April :)
