Yummy stuff 1

This yummy stuff is called KUZHI PANIYARAM... literally means Eatable made in Hollow place..we have this special vessel made for this and the spicy batter is poured into these hollow dents and fried in little oil.

@Dreams come true: This is a spicy thing and tastes great We have a sweet version where we add brown sugar ( unrefined suar and not that DRUG THAT GIVES A KICK Ha ha ha ).Thie has finelt chopped green chilli, bnasil leaves and ginger pieces. Some add a pinch of cooking soda, but I don't. I let the batter ferment for eight hours and then make this stuff!

@Elaine Hancock: Thank you Elaine. This shot is from a hotel. Mine has three dents and I make these at home too. And the vessel is heavy as it is made of bronze. These days, we get non stick lighter pans :)
