Thies sweet is called Jaangiri or Jalebi..
Lentil is soaked in water for four hours and ground into a paste. A small square cloth is made into a cone with a small hole at the bottom. The paste is poured in this and squeezed over hot oil making this complicated shape.... And the fried stuff is soaked in sugar syrup and taken out.
