On a roadside hotel...steaming frothy coffee served in a traditional brass tumbler and the typical vessel under it ( we call this davara) to pour and cool it.

Hiro from Kyoto, Japan

I took 2 cups of coffee this evening. But not frothy. I want to take a frothy one !

7 Mar 2018 9:33am

@Hiro: For a frothy cup of coffee... you have to do is...pour the coffee from a height into the glass or cup OR Take an egg beater( which has no egg smell..or..keep a separate one for the coffee). Put it into into the coffee up and churn...the froth will be formed:)))) " Elementary my dear Watson " :)))

The mango tree in the front yard, from which we never used to get down during the summer months is still there ! Aw!! Nostalgia :) Memories of a beautiful childhood Mireille:)))
